Discombobulate is when you feel and think your life is out of control. To engage the process of recombobulated, you regain a life that works. 

Reconnect actions, change behaviours to feel more productive, calm and organised. Restore a full life that works.

Additionally, you can gain clarity of thought, reorient yourself with your life’s objectives and composure.

Alignment

Learn to align your actions and goals with your beliefs, morals, philosophies, dreams & desires to live fulfilled.  

Choose the right people to marry, have relationships with, partner up with for business.  As well as what business to develop and/or who to work for. 

Life is happier when you walk the talk of your beliefs.

Re-Patterning

Re-Pattering is where in small increments you relearn the steps in the manner you wish to move forward. May be applied to any subject, quality or skill. It is in the details that significant changes are created.

Create a ‘do over’ from impractical or destructive behaviours, habits and ways of living to redesign your life for better relationships, professional satisfaction and accomplishments.

Non-Violence

Become non-violent in action, thought, words and purpose.  When you are non-violent in your life, you become more secure, less dramatic and happier; less violent.

With a perspective of ‘Yes’ instead of ‘No’ attitude and behaviour, you heal to create a positive life.  Is the glass 1/2 empty or full or did you add vodka to it for a highball?

Stop fighting or living with those full of drama.  Negative things come and go, how do you want to handle them?

Neutrality

Neutrality doesn’t mean you have no opinions; it means you do not engage in drama.  When decisions or disagreement arises, you have excellent control to know where to be, what choice to make.

Just as in non-duality, in neutral you have more options than left or right, two-sided thinking – there is space in between often overlooked.

Learn to stop jumping to old and unwanted patterns of conclusions.

Non-Suffering

The Perplexed Mind fixates on events, your behaviours, actions, inactions as well as other’s behaviours with self-talk, re-evaluation, over and over and over ignite a life of suffering.

Humans seem to gravitate to self-loathing instead of self-loving, compassion.

Stop, be still, relinquish the chains of the circular thoughts to free your mind from turmoil, anxieties, fears. Stop holding yourself back. Change to constructive thinking that creates behaviours to have you blossom.

Emotional Balancing

Emotions ebb and flow like waves throughout our day.  Physical, mental or spiritual factors may trigger a strong ‘over the side of the boat’ wave or a barely noticeable wave. Do your emotions dictate your behaviours?

Continual fluctuations or prolonged emotional states affect your well-being and change your mental pathways for more unbalance.

Learn to balance your emotions by evaluating your behavour, reactions and actions for optimal productivity and health.

Three Freedoms

The first freedom is from a reaction to the past; you are fighting against, you want to get rid of it, you are obsessed with pain, hurt, mistakes and regrets.  

The second freedom is from the future: visions, dreams, fears of what will be, perfectionism and more. 

The third freedom is pure freedom; free to be yourself, free to take action as you see is best for the present; to be productive and move without procrastination and fear.

Compassionate

Let go of the angst of judgement, negativity, self-pity, regret and guilt towards yourself. Learn self-compassion to increase your self-worth.  Forgive your mistakes, imperfections, as well as deflect the wrath of other’s hurtful ways to accept yourself as you are: a less than perfect human.

Learn to receive love, gifts, time, opportunities, and kindness from others with grace, sincerity and honesty.

Compassion towards yourselves is as essential as for others.

Grounding

By being grounded to the elements: earth, wood, fire, metal, water and the seasons: autumn, winter, spring and summer we connect as a whole to our environment, nature, and other people with a higher function.

When grounded you leave the fog of distraction, your head from the clouds, drama, excuse, fear, pain and obstruction to experience authentic personal power.

Become quick minded, clear on decisions and purposeful, productive and in higher spirits.

Self-Healing

Healers are people who can heal themselves and those around them or of their choosing.  Some use touch, just their presence or a combination of techniques harnessing their innate heightened energy awareness.

You, as we all do, also have the energy to produce healing. It may be hidden, dormant or just on the surface where you feel it, but don’t know how to use it; or what to do.  Learn to harness, ignite, transform and use your natural personal energy to heal yourself physically and mindfully.

Creativity

With creativity, your imagination is free to inspire your thinking, original ideas and contribute to those around you. Daydreams are what ignites your creativity, our visualising that bring our ideas, designs to fruition in business, art, construction, engineering, and more.
